UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for an experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer, who thrives in teamwork and loves solving challenging problems.

What will you be doing?

You’ll take charge of the UI/UX design for our product, the Groweo OS platform. We have already gained a strong foothold in Finland with 1500 customers in all kinds of small and medium-sized businesses, and are taking our first steps to become an international company. 

In this role you will play an important role in making a product that helps SMEs all over the world to do better business. Our aims are high and we want nothing less than to have a product that our customers will love! This is your opportunity to make an impact and shape our technological roadmap – and to create something new, rather than just optimize existing interfaces.

Our  AI-powered, multilingual product is built with modern technologies, including React, Node.js, and MongoDB. 

We work mostly onsite in our Helsinki office in the city center.

In this role, you will:

  • Design intuitive and dynamic user interfaces for web and mobile applications to boost client’s conversion.
  • Create user-facing views and client system interfaces, such as the CDP platform.
  • Develop and advance a scalable and effective Design System that supports seamless development.
  • Collaborate with our development team, who will implement your designs using the React framework.

What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise with Figma and a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably for responsive, consumer-facing services.
  • A solid track record of designing and building functional and scalable Design Systems.
  • User-centered design thinking and the ability to blend technology with visual design for a seamless user experience.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills in English. Knowledge of Finnish is considered a plus.

Salary:

  • 5000–7000 €/month depending on your skills and experience.
