General terms of use for the Groweo service
1. Terms of use
These terms of use apply to the use of the service (Service) provided by Groweo Oy (Groweo). Use of the Service requires that the user (User) agrees to comply with these terms of use.
2. Limitation of Groweo’s liability
Groweo makes every effort to ensure that the Service is available to the User at all times and without interruption. However, Groweo makes no warranty as to the functionality of the Service, which is provided “as is”.
Groweo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, immediate or consequential damage or damage based on tort liability arising from the use of the Service or the inability to use it or from any other use or non-use of the Service, regardless of whether the damage is based on contract, tort, negligence or any other grounds.
3. User’s responsibilities
The User undertakes not to send anything via the Service that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, inciting hatred against a group of people, violating religious beliefs, confidentiality obligations or the rights of third parties, or otherwise illegal.
The User undertakes not to act in any way that could result in the Service becoming overloaded, ceasing to function or being damaged.
The User shall use all reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorised access to or use of the Service.
The User does not have the right to grant access rights to the Service or sub-license the Service or otherwise transfer their rights to the Service to any third party.
Groweo urges Users to report to Groweo any instances of this Service being used in violation of the law or good practice. Reports can be sent to Groweo by email to privacy@groweo.com.
4. Intellectual property rights
The ownership, copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Service belong exclusively to Groweo or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
5. Personal data
Groweo may collect, process and analyse data about the use of the Service, its traffic, events and other statistical data related to the pages. Groweo encourages users to review the Privacy Policy of its Service. By accepting these terms of use, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law, dispute resolution
These terms of use shall be governed by the law of Finland. If any disputes arising from these terms of use cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be settled in the Helsinki District Court as the court of first instance.
7. Changes, assignment
Groweo has the right to change these terms of use, the layout, content and availability of the Service, as well as other features of the Service, or to discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice and for any reason. Groweo also reserves the right to suspend access to the Service during maintenance and update work.
Groweo has the right to assign the rights and obligations specified for Groweo in these terms of use to a third party without the User’s separate consent, for example in connection with a sale or transfer of business.
