EU AI Act Compliance Statement
Groweo is committed to developing, providing and using artificial intelligence systems responsibly and in accordance with applicable EU legislation.
We have assessed our operations from the perspective of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Union (the “EU AI Act”) and maintain a risk-based operating model to meet the applicable requirements of the Regulation.
As part of our compliance with the AI Act, we:
- identify and document the artificial intelligence systems used and provided by our organisation, as well as their intended purposes;
- assess the AI Act risk classification of the systems and our applicable role, such as that of provider, deployer or another actor in the supply chain;
- do not knowingly use AI practices prohibited under the EU AI Act;
- ensure that our personnel have sufficient AI literacy in accordance with their duties and the ways in which AI is used;
- where necessary, apply appropriate human oversight, risk management, data protection, information security and documentation;
- implement applicable transparency requirements in situations where users must be informed about the use of AI or content generated or modified by AI;
- assess AI services provided by third parties and the responsibilities associated with their use as part of our procurement and supplier management; and
- monitor developments relating to the AI Act, supplementary legislation, guidance and applicable standards, and update our practices where necessary.
Compliance is assessed on a system-by-system and use-case-by-use-case basis. This statement describes Groweo’s general AI Act compliance management model and does not mean that every artificial intelligence system is subject to the same obligations under the AI Act.
