Our staff benefits
The success of a technology company is built on people and skills. We know that our daily lives are demanding, which is why we also invest in recovery and well-being. For most jobs, we work four days a week, that is 30 hours a week, either Mon–Fri or Tue–Fri. We therefore offer one paid day off each week (excluding weeks with one or more public holidays).

What kind of jobs do we do?
We are a fast-growing Finnish technology company, and our main mission is to ensure the growth and development of SMEs’ business operations in a digitalizing world through our technology. The challenge is big and a wide range of skills is needed.
Customer relations and outreach
Our customer success and customer service teams ensure that customers get results from Groweo technology quickly and efficiently. These tasks include monitoring data, keeping in touch with SMEs, and optimizing our services to make them even more efficient.
New customer relationships are being opened up by our ever-strengthening in-house sales team and our extensive reseller network.
Conversion and marketing content
Our onboarding team designs and implements our clients’ Groweo® environments and ensures that conversions start to occur in line with the client’s objectives.
The Onboarding team is made up of experts in conversion-driven marketing, written content, video and AI-assisted visual design.
Technology and development
The way SME customers use technology is constantly changing and evolving, and our development team ensures that Groweo® serves their business operations now and in the future. The team includes experts in software development, design, usability and AI application development.
In addition to the team that develops our customer solutions, Groweo also has an internal software development team. The working language in our technology tasks is English.
Administration and support functions
Our administration and support team is made up of management, process, finance and marketing professionals.
In these roles, it is also important to be enthusiastic and keep up to date with the challenges and daily life of SMEs.
