Groweo® is a cloud based service that integrates with your company’s existing website. Our technology is 100% compatible with the most common publishing platforms – such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Drupal, and Magento. In fact, we are 99.9% confident in saying that Groweo is compatible with your website.

Completely secure

State-of-the-art data storage.

All data collected by the apps is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner within the EU and is protected by advanced encryption technologies. Groweo also does not see your company’s contact information – contacts that come through the apps are your company’s property, which Groweo stores securely and in compliance with regulations.

Easy installation, no dependencies.

You can leave the installation to us, let your own service provider install it or, thanks to no-code technology, even do it all yourself. Your system will be up and running in no time.

There is very limited integration with your website and no data security dependency between your website or online store and Groweo.

Groweo® 4.0 AI puts an AI expert at your service, learning your company’s data at lightning speed.

The AI expert will use your company’s public website as a source of information, as well as any documentation you decide to provide. Together with our expert, you can determine the data on which the artificial intelligence will base its conversations with your customers. 

Each Groweo® AI expert is company-specific, meaning that your company’s AI agent and database will not use data from other companies or transfer “your own” data to other companies. Nor will the contents or discussions in the AI database be used to train language models — what’s yours is yours.

Speed is of the essence.

Groweo’s main goal is to improve the customer experience on your website. That’s why we make sure that apps have as little impact as possible on your site’s loading speed. 

The apps will only load on the visitor’s screen after your website. The app images are compressed, and the download uses a lazy loading protocol. We’re constantly improving the technology in our apps to make them more and more effective for your digital business.

We care about accessibility.

The accessibility regulations for web services will come into force at the end of 2025. The Groweo® Accessibility Assessment is underway and we will publish the data as soon as possible.

Groweo’s technology is modular and is not completely integrated with your own systems, so there is no security dependency between the customer and Groweo systems. We strictly adhere to GDPR guidelines and have taken care to ensure that all data we collect on your behalf is stored securely and all personal information is encrypted.

The AI expert, or AI agent tailored to your company, is company-specific, meaning that the information it learns is not used to train AI agents from other companies – or vice versa. The contents of your company’s AI knowledge base will also not be used to train language models.

No. The contacts you receive through the apps are your company’s property, which Groweo keeps encrypted, secure, and in compliance with regulations.
