We organize user support on the customer’s terms. You can choose from the following options:
Telephone support and 1:1 guidance: Telephone support is available on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm. Our customer service number is +358 10 7399 330.
During the call, our user support may, with your permission, log in to the system and make any changes and developments that you require. Any action taken during the call will be included in the telephone bill and will not be invoiced separately.
Email messages: If you prefer to send us a written question, you can do so on this dedicated page: . We will deal with customer messages as soon as possible, in principle on the same day. We will get back to you at the email address provided.
Video consultations: We offer remote consultations on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. These can be on any aspect of the service that you require. In order to ensure the success of the service, it would be great if you could briefly describe your issue on the dedicated page. You can book a remote consultation meeting at here. We charge 79.00 € per hour (VAT = 0%) for a remote consultation, which is invoiced using the same customer details as in the service contract.

Training sessions: We also organize training sessions for one or more people, either at our offices in the centre of Helsinki or at your company’s premises.
