Kaivotalo, located in the heart of Helsinki’s Kaivopiha district, will welcome a significant new tenant as Groweo, the company behind an AI-powered cloud platform for sales, customer service, marketing, and recruitment, relocates to approximately 1,100 square metres of office space in the property.
Groweo’s move to Kaivotalo demonstrates the continued appeal of Helsinki’s city centre to modern growth companies that value not only accessibility but also the energy and vibrancy of the urban core.
