You can easily see how many customers are in each segment and automate the right communications to them. For example, current benefits or tips for those who download a guide or brochure – and, of course, offers and other sales support communications for those who request a quote.

Groweo® Contacts – features

Automatic segmentation

Groweo® Contacts automatically segments or sorts all contacts that arrive via Groweo.

Segmentation is based on the interaction in the apps, the actions taken by the customer, and the information they provide.

The segments — that is, the different customer groups — are directly connected to the Groweo® Marketing platform, meaning that automations are triggered automatically – as soon as a new contact enters the system.

Importing data from other systems

Have you compiled a customer database in another system? And do you use the data for marketing and communications?

You can also import data from other systems to the Groweo® Contacts platform. This means you have data available for automated marketing and customer communications.

You can also add new potential customers to the system — for example, during a meeting — or import lists and registers with marketing authorization, which you have collected in other ways, to the system.
